Administrator with experience in schedule planning

We are currently looking for an administrator with experience in schedule planning for a consulting assignment.

• Scope: full-time 100%
• Start: 2026-03-23
• Duration: 2026-08-31, possibly longer.

You will be employed by Poolia but will work on-site at our client's location in Stockholm.

About the position

The client needs a resource in the form of a consultant who can work during the absence of regular staff.

Your main tasks

The assignment involves:

• Receiving and completing orders for customers and scheduling their interventions based on needs in the Schemos system.
• Registering time in ParaGå.
• Entering manual times in ParaGå.
• Performing staffing as needed and registering worked hours in Medvind.
• Being the contact person for assistance caseworkers and relatives based on needs.
• Leading staff on certain issues within home care.

Who are you?

To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:

Education:

At least a relevant completed high school education.

Experience:

• Very good knowledge of MS Office. By very good knowledge, we mean that the consultant can work and use the MS Office package without hindrance.
• Very good general system experience. By very good system experience, we mean that you are accustomed to handling and navigating different systems without hindrance.

Meritorious:

• You should also have worked as a coordinator/planner within home care.
• Have experience working in the systems Schemos, ParaGå, Paraply, and Medvind.
